Current delivery time
Usually 1 to 3 business days (excluding preorders). Due to the very high number of orders during Black Week or Black Friday, some shipments may take slightly longer. We always do our best to ship all orders as fast as possible.
Delivery time for preorders
You can find the delivery estimate next to the “Add to cart” button. The displayed timeframe reflects the current expected delivery time.
If part of your order is missing but you already received the rest, it is likely that one of the items was a preorder.
Currently, according to the note next to the “Add to cart” button, the following items are available for preorder: Transform Leggings Black, V-Waist Scrunch Leggings, Refine Bra, STELLA Leggings, Booty Scrunch Leggings and Pilates Socks.
How can I return an item?
Log in with your email address and register your return online. All details can be found on our return information page.

How can I extend my payment deadline with PowerPay?
For purchases on invoice via PowerPay, send a short email to info@powerpay.ch:
“Please extend the payment deadline of my invoice until the end of this month or next month” + name and address.
Non returnable items
Final sale [LASTCHANCE] items and Socks cannot be returned.
Why haven’t I received my refund yet?
If you sent your return more than a week ago and it hasn’t been processed yet, it may have arrived without clear identification or it has not yet reached us. In that case, please send us the tracking number so we can investigate.
