Delivery time information: Note next to the "Add to cart" button: The current delivery time is always stated there.
Delivery time for pre-orders: If a longer delivery time than approx. 1-3 days is stated next to the "Add to cart" button, the stated delivery time applies.
If part of your order is still missing, but you have already received the rest, this could be because you pre-ordered something.
If your order contains pre-orders, we try to ship them together whenever possible for the sake of the environment. For orders with more than 3 articles, we ship available articles in advance as a partial shipment.
How can I return something?
Log in with your e-mail address and register the return online. You will find all information about this on our returns information page.

How can I extend the payment deadline with PowerPay?
For purchases on invoice via PowerPay, simply send a short e-mail to info@powerpay to request an extension. "Please extend the payment deadline of my invoice until the end of this/next month, insert name and address".

Why have I not received a refund for my return yet?
If you sent your return to us over 1 week ago and it has not yet been processed, it may be that it arrived without being assignable, or that we have not received it yet. To ensure that the return can be assigned as quickly as possible, please include the packing slip received and make sure that each article is in the correct article bag.
In this case, please send us the tracking number by e-mail so that we can look into it.
