How can I return something?
Log in with your email address and register your return online. You can find all the information on our returns information page .

How can I extend the payment deadline with PowerPay?
If you purchase on account via PowerPay, simply send a short email to info@powerpay to request an extension. "Please extend the payment deadline for my invoice until the end of this/next month. Include your name and address."

Why haven't I received a refund for my return yet?
If you sent your return to us more than a week ago and it hasn't been processed yet, it may have arrived unidentified, or we may not have received it yet. In this case, please email us the tracking number so we can investigate.
