Return policy: 20 days
You may return items within 20 days after receiving your order.
How it works

(Phone: Account in the menu / Desktop: top right, profile icon) -
Register your return

Once your return has been approved, you will receive the return instructions.
Important: Make sure each item is placed in its original item bag and include the delivery note inside the return package to ensure correct processing.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Contact our support team at support@peachypassion.ch and send a photo of the item you received by mistake. We will send you the correct item.
I received a defective item. What should I do?
Contact our support team at support@peachypassion.ch and send us a photo of the defect. We will send you a replacement.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
How fast is the refund?
The refund will be issued immediately after the return has been checked, using the same payment method selected at checkout.
How long does the return check take?
In most cases it currently takes about 1 to 2 weeks after receipt. We cannot refund items that are dirty, washed or used because they are no longer resellable. Shipping costs are not refunded.
Returns from the “Buy 3, Pay 2” promotion
If after returning items the required number of items for “Buy 3, Pay 2” is no longer met, the 100 percent discount on the cheapest item is removed because the promotion conditions are no longer fulfilled.
Exchange option within the “Buy 3, Pay 2” promotion
If you exchange an item (for size or color) for one with the same or lower price, the discount remains valid. Simply write a U next to the returned item on the delivery note and note the desired item or size.
Refunds for items purchased on account (PowerPay)
Once your return has been processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. You can then request the payout of the returned amount to your bank account through the following link:

Do not send returns as registered mail
Registered mail is not recommended because the postal service is not allowed to leave it at the designated drop-off location and will take it back. A standard tracked shipment with a tracking number is sufficient.
