Return policy: 20 days

You can return articles to us within 20 days after receiving your order. 

Instructions

  1. Log in with your e-mail address.
    (Mobile: Account in the menu / PC: Top right, profile icon)
  2. Register return 
  3. As soon as your return has been approved, you will receive return instructions. 

Important: Make sure that each article is in the correct article bag, and that the packing slip is included with the return so that proper assignment can be ensured.

I received the wrong article, what should I do?
Contact our support: support@peachypassion.ch and send us a photo of the incorrectly received article. We will gladly send you the correct article afterwards.

I received a defective article, what should I do?
Contact our support: support@peachypassion.ch and send us a photo of the defect. We will gladly send a replacement.

What is the return address?

The return address will be provided in the approval e-mail, after the return registration.

The return shipping postage is borne by the customer.

How quickly is the refund processed? The refund is initiated directly after the return inspection (to the payment method selected at purchase)

How quickly does the return inspection take?: In most cases, it currently takes about 1-2 weeks from receipt. Dirty, washed, used articles cannot be refunded due to unsellability, as our customers expect flawless goods. Shipping costs are not refunded. 

Returns of articles / gifts purchased in the "Buy 3, Pay 2" sale
If, after a return, there are not enough articles left to meet the "Buy 3, Pay 2" condition, the 100% discount on the cheapest article in the order expires because the condition for the promotion is no longer met. Gifts with a minimum order value will, if the order value falls below the required minimum, be offset with the amount or charged.

Exchange option as part of the "Buy 3, Pay 2" promotion:
In the case of a size exchange for an article that has the same price or is lower, the discount remains valid. To do this, simply mark a U under the "R" on the packing slip when returning the article and write down the desired article/the desired size instead. 

Articles excluded from the return policy
*Excluded are opened socks, gift cards.
The PeachLates Reformer-Board can generally only be returned in unopened original packaging. 

How does the refund work for already paid but then returned articles with the payment method "Purchase on invoice with PowerPay"?
As soon as the return has been processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail. Afterwards, you can request a payout of the returned/overpaid amount to your bank account using the following link: https://services.mfgroup.ch/de/selfservice/login

Please do not send returns by Swiss Post SI Signature
SI (Signature is not recommended because the post office then cannot/may not deposit the return at the intended location and will take it back again. It is sufficient to have the shipment proof of the return, respectively the tracking number.
