You can return items to us within 30 days* of receiving your order.
Instructions

(Exchange requests can be specified in the return registration)
3. Once your return has been approved, you will receive return instructions.
Important : Please ensure that each item is in the correct item bag and that the delivery note is enclosed to ensure correct allocation.
I received the wrong item, what should I do?
Contact our support team at support@peachypassion.ch and send us a photo of the incorrectly received item. We'll be happy to resend the correct item.
I received a defective item, what should I do?
Contact our support team at support@peachypassion.ch and send us a photo of the defect. We'll be happy to send you a replacement.
Final sale items: [LastChance] cannot be returned.
What is the return address?

The return postage is borne by the customer.
How quickly will the refund be made? Immediately after the return inspection, the refund will be initiated (to the payment method chosen at the time of purchase)
How quickly is the return inspection completed? In most cases, it currently takes approximately 1-2 weeks from receipt (due to relocation or clearance sales). We cannot refund dirty, washed, or used items due to their unsaleability, as our customers expect flawless goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns of items purchased in the "Buy 3, Pay 2" sale
If there are not enough items left after a return to meet the "Buy 3, Pay 2" conditions, the 100% discount on the cheapest item in the order will expire because the conditions for the promotion are no longer met.
Exchange option within the "Buy 3, Pay 2" promotion:
If you exchange the item (or size) for an item of the same or lower price, the discount will remain. To do so, simply write a U under the "R" on the delivery note when returning the item and write the desired item/size instead.

If LastChance items are returned anyway, a voucher code for the same amount will be issued as a refund.
How does the refund work for items that have already been paid for but then returned using the "Purchase on account with PowerPay" payment method?
Once the return has been processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. You can then request a refund of the returned (overpaid) amount to your bank account using the following link: https://services.mfgroup.ch/de/selfservice/login
Please do not send returns by registered mail
Registered mail (SI) isn't necessary; it only complicates the return process because the post office can't/isn't allowed to leave the item at the designated location and then they'll take it back. It's sufficient to have proof of shipment or the tracking number.
