Defect upon receipt

If an item already has a defect when you receive it, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. After reviewing your claim, you will receive a free replacement if the claim is approved.

Defect within 3 months

If a defect occurs within 3 months of delivery, you can also report it to us. We will review the defect and, if your claim is approved, send you a free replacement.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, excessive wear, improper use or failure to follow the care instructions is excluded.

Report a defect

Please send your request to support@peachypassion.ch and include a photo clearly showing the defect.

LASTCHANCE items

LASTCHANCE items are heavily discounted remaining stock from limited collections. As these items are no longer reproduced, a replacement with the same item may not always be possible.

Defects on LASTCHANCE items can also be reported within 14 days of delivery and will be reviewed by our team.
