Faulty articles/defects can be reported within 14 days after receipt in order to receive a free replacement.
If a defect occurs in an article within up to 3 months, there is the possibility to have the replacement claim checked by us and, if applicable, to receive a replacement. (Excessive wear is excluded, as well as normal wear and tear)

Excluded are [LASTCHANCE] articles. These are heavily discounted remaining stocks from limited collections. Therefore, it is usually not possible to send a replacement for these articles. For these products, defects can be reported within 14 days after receipt if they are still in new condition.
