Faulty items/defects can be reported within 14 days of receipt to receive a free replacement.

If an item develops a defect after a few months, you can have us review your claim and, in some cases, receive a replacement. (This excludes excessive wear and tear, as well as normal wear and tear.)

[LAST CHANCE] items are generally excluded. These are heavily discounted remaining stocks from limited collections. Therefore, it is usually not possible to send a replacement. However, defects can be reported within 14 days of receipt of these products, provided they have not yet been worn.
