Payment

  • Which payment methods are accepted?
    • TWINT
    • Purchase on account via PowerPay (invoice is sent by e-mail)
    • PayPal
    • All credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Amex..) & Apple Pay
    • Prepayment/advance payment (bank information will be displayed after the order) / payment slip (can be requested via e-mail or WhatsApp)
  • How do I receive the invoice for the payment method "Purchase on account via PowerPay"?

    You will receive the invoice from PowerPay by e-mail within a few days of your purchase. If you have any further questions or uncertainties, or if you would like the invoice to be resent by e-mail, please contact PowerPay support directly at the following e-mail address: [email protected]

  • Payment in installments / monthly invoice with PowerPay

    The monthly invoice is a variant of the installment payment and is offered by the payment method "Purchase on account with PowerPay". If you have any questions about the monthly invoice, you can contact the support team for the payment method directly at the following email address [email protected]

  • I can no longer find my invoice, how do I get a copy?

    To request a copy of the invoice, we recommend contacting the biller PowerPay directly and requesting a new invoice to be sent by e-mail: [email protected]

  • Extend payment period for purchase on account

    With the payment method "purchase on account", the payment period can be extended if desired. All you need to do is send a short e-mail to [email protected]
    Example: "Please extend payment deadline until 30.04., address:..."

Shipping & delivery

  • When will my pre-order "[PRE-ORDER]" arrive?

    For pre-orders, the estimated delivery time stated in the description at the time of ordering applies.

    In the title, garments that can be pre-ordered are marked as "[PRE-ORDER"]. These are often collections that were sold out in all colors and sizes within a very short time, so it is possible to pre-order them. 

    Current information on the delivery time for pre-orders: We have been in the process of shipping the numerous pre-orders for about 1-2 weeks. If you have placed a pre-order, you will receive it within the next few days.

    We do our best to send out all pre-orders as quickly as possible, but unfortunately it takes a little longer due to the enormous number.

  • Where does PeachyPassion ship to?

    We currently only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

  • CURRENT DELIVERY TIME

    The delivery time is currently usually 3-10 working days, it is currently slightly longer than usual due to our current clearance sale.


    Collection is possible on request. We only ship from Switzerland.

    For pre-orders, the estimated delivery time stated in the description at the time of ordering applies.

    Current information on delivery time: Due to our current sales, we are receiving an extremely large number of orders. Unfortunately, the delivery time is therefore a little longer, it is currently usually around 3-10 working days.

  • I have received the wrong article

    If you have received the wrong item, please send us an email with your request to: [email protected] We will immediately send you the correct item and enclose a label for returning the wrong item.

  • Item is faulty / defective

    You will receive a replacement for faulty / unusable products due to a production error. Simply write an email to [email protected] and send us a photo of the defect. Please include your order number. More details about the warranty.

  • Where does PeachyPassion ship from / Is pick-up possible?

    We ship from our Swiss warehouse in 8274 Tägerwilen. It is possible to pick up an order there on request. Please contact us by e-mail: [email protected]

Returns

  • How can I return an item?

    You can return items to us within 30 days* of receiving your order.

    1. send the return to the following returns address: PeachyPassion AG, Hauptstr. 137B, 8274 Tägerwilen

    Important: If possible, enclose a copy of the order confirmation e-mail or delivery bill, otherwise a note with the order number so that we can allocate your order.

    The return shipment is at your own expense.

    2. you will receive a confirmation e-mail after the returns check has been completed

    3. a refund will be made to the payment method chosen at the time of purchase. 

    How fast is the refund? Immediately after the returns check, the refund will be issued (to the payment method selected at the time of purchase)

    What to do if something is faulty/defective?
    PeachyPassion guarantee: If a product is faulty/not usable due to a production error, you will receive a replacement. Simply write an email to [email protected] and send us a photo of the defect. Please include your order number. More details about the warranty.

    Returns of items purchased in the "Buy 3, Pay 2" sale
    If there are not enough items left after a return to fulfill the condition of "Buy 3, Pay 2", the 100% discount on the cheapest item in the order expires because the condition for the promotion is no longer fulfilled.

    Exchange option as part of the "Buy 3, pay 2" promotion:
    If you exchange an item (in size) for an item that is the same price or less, the discount remains in place. To do this, simply note a U under the "R" on the delivery bill when returning the item and write the desired item/size instead. 

    Items excluded from the right of return
    *Excluded are food supplements/nutrition, [LASTCHANCE] garments (size exchange possible).
    [LASTCHANCE] garments are remaining stock from limited collections, there is no possibility of return (however, the size can be exchanged, simply request a size exchange by e-mail. If the desired size is in stock, the exchange can then be made)

    Please do not send the return as registered mail
    SI (registered mail) is not necessary, it only complicates the return process because the post office cannot/may not deposit it at the designated location and then take it away again. It is sufficient to have proof of delivery of the return shipment or the tracking number.

  • Returns with purchase on account

    As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive an adjusted invoice. 

    It is then sufficient to pay the amount of the adjusted invoice.

    To request a copy of the invoice by e-mail or to extend the payment deadline, we recommend contacting the biller PowerPay directly: [email protected]

  • Refund for purchase on account with PowerPay

    As soon as the return has been processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail. You can then use the following link to request a payment of the returned (overpaid) amount to your bank account: https://services.mfgroup.ch/de/selfservice/login

  • My return has not yet been processed

    The current processing time for returns is usually approx. 1-2 weeks.

Miscellaneous

  • Size (Sizing)

    There is no general size chart, if a collection is slightly smaller, this is noted in the description, then it is recommended to choose the larger size if you are between two sizes.

  • My question was not answered
