If it happens that a product is not or no longer usable due to a production error, processing error or similar (even if only a few months after purchase), we will send a replacement free of charge*.

*Except for [LASTCHANCE] items. These are heavily reduced remaining stocks from limited collections. It is therefore usually not possible to send a replacement.
